Dear Ms. Wong and Ms. Ma,
I am writing to thank for your extra time and help to my brother Vasco Lee Cheung-On. Vasco applied for your center's exchange program in May 99. With your great help, he could successfully applied for student visa and be enrolled in Greenville High School, Missouri in Sep, 99. From time to time, Vasco will email or call home to share his Greenville experience with us. He often told us how kind of his host family, the Barks', and how enjoyable of his school life there. In the early Sep, my friend and I drove to Greenville from Washington, DC to visit the Barks' and Vasco. During our stay, the Barks' treated us very well. They gave us a Greenville tour and introduce his family members to us. When we had a problem, they all were very willing to offer help. Despite our short stay, we could experience the peace of country. Also, we were very glad to see how friendly, helpful and innocent of country people.
Greenville country life is totally new to Vasco. My family and I are sure that he can learn a great deal there. There is no doubt he benefits a lot from your exchange program. So, we would like to take this opportunity to thank for your great help to make Vasco's Greenville studies possible. My friend and I also thank you for giving us a very wonderful Greenville experience. Thanks so much.
Vasco and my family are looking forward to seeing you very soon.
Yours sincerely,
Lee Kam Ming
(Sister of Vasco)
